There are delays due to current circumstances and the high volume of parcels with the postal services. We will do our best to ensure packages are dispatched on time, however, estimated delivery times will be affected and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
We currently only ship within Australia and to New Zealand residents only.
Orders are processed, packed and despatched from Sydney, Australia within 24 hours of being placed.
All Australian orders are now going out via Express Australia Post and with signature upon delivery. There is no extra charge to the customer for this service. Shipping prices are indicated below.

What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?
If all the items you ordered are in stock at the time of purchase, you can expect your order to be dispatched within 24 hours.
*Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date on business days, not the date your order is placed and excludes public holidays. Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.
Who will deliver my parcel?
Your parcel will be sent via Australia Post and/or New Zealand post depending on your location.
How to track your parcel with Australia Post:

What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?
If one of the items you've ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item comes back into stock.
This will be reflected on your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed. If you would like an update on when a product will come back into stock, please email us at: email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping back an item/s over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
